Too Disgusting For Me

You know you've lived too long in this world when you've been around long enough to see a clothes company selling push up bras for little girls. That's right. In case you haven't heard, Abercrombie & Fitch are now selling push-up bikini bras for 7 to 14 year old little girls. The bra's padded cups and halter tops promise to lift and emphasize what little boobs the girls have before puberty.

Why in the fuck is this a reality?

I mean I don't get it. This goes way beyond sick to me. And I'm a pretty sick puppy.

The Abercrombie & Fitch company are the same stinking douchebags that sold (don't know if they're still selling them) a line of thongs for 7 year olds, in 2002, that were decorated with the words "Eye Candy" and "Wink Wink". These fuckers should absolutely be killed. Any parent buying any of this crap for their little daughters should be taken out to the woodshed and given forty whacks with a machete.

Push-up bras are sex tools. That's it. Ridiculously deceptive sex tools, at that. What kind of people would endorse this crap for kids? Bad enough that adults do this and the Botox injections and the other superficial bullshit that people do because they believe appearances to be so fucking important. Why would you push your kid into trying to be more adult-like? Do you want some pervert to rape them? If that isn't the parent who would buy something like this and Abercrombie & Fitch's goal, I don't know what it could be. After it's all said and done, that will be the likely result sooner or later. Who knows? It's probably already happened.

I feel the same way about these little girl beauty pageants you see on TV these days. The parents dress their little girls up, sometimes barely over the age of four, maybe not even that old, in tiny revealing dresses, tu-tu's, gaudy jewelry and so much make up that only a whore would wear. Then they have them compete with other little girls in revealing outfits and have them dance seductively and act like a slut on stage before a cheering audience. The parents that enter their little girls into these contests are more depraved than I could ever imagine. It boggles the fucking mind. I might write about some sick shit at times, but I would never involve children and I sure as hell wouldn't make up these pervert-watching TV shows for all the child molesters out there, drooling and ogling.

The kids are the real victims here. They don't know any better. They think they're just playing "dress up" but on a grander scale. But the parents and adults, in general, should know better. They must be doing it for profit or fame or to somehow live their warped dreams through their kids. Whatever the excuse, it's not good enough and completely wrong in so many ways.

Hey, if you wanna watch something that goes so far beyond good taste and good sense, watch Toddlers and Tiaras. It's one of those little girl beauty pageants shows and it's on a channel that I thought would have the decency enough NOT to have something like this on their schedule- The Learning Channel. This irresponsible show was so creepy and frightening to witness, I had to turn it off after just a few minutes. It made me sick. And it takes quite a bit to make me sick. On second thought, don't watch this shit! I wouldn't subject anybody to watching anything this distasteful. Go watch a porn, featuring a bunch of burnt out crack whores and sexually diseased freaks, instead. It would be a helluva lot more wholesome and less degrading, for sure.

Well, that's all I can say about this kind of thing. I think I'm going to go out for a walk pretty soon and try to clear my mind. Shit like this really agitates me.

That's sick. As if girls need more reason to become so self-conscious that early on in their life.

It's horrible, but kind of funny in a twisted sort of way. I'd never buy it, but what idiots do?

"Happy 10th birthday, puddin. Here is a thong and pushup bra." Love, uncle creepy.

Oh yeah, I caught a few minutes of that Toddlers and Tiaras thing on the Learning Channel once, out of sheer horror of not being able to change the channel quicker. What. the. frig. is wrong with these people?? The little outfits, the diva behavior...

As soon as I saw the articles on the Abercrombie clothes, I thought of that program.

Very well said.

It's so disgusting. I cannot imagine anyone thinking this is okay, but obviously there's a market for it. Which is horrendous.

If you provide the shed for the parents who buy this shit for their kids, I will happily wield the machete.

Hi Kelly,

We live in such a hypocritical society when it comes to sexuality. It really gets my goat!!! I read about this, and I'm glad you reiterated it!

Kelly said...

Erika- Exactly. It's really insane... the propaganda, the TV and magazine ads, your peers and all that- wanting little girls and women, for that matter, to be so fucking self-conscious. If I were a woman and/or had a kid, there would be a lot of heads rolling because of all this shit.

Lost.in.Idaho- Unfortunately, there are some idiots who but this crap. I personally don't know of any. My sister, when she found out, wrote an angry letter to A&F about it. Sure, it didn't do any good but it made her feel better to let them know how she felt. Btw, if I was around when some Uncle Creepy type of fuckwad was giving that to a little girl, I would kill him, instantly, jail or no jail time. Trust me on that.

Jenn Thorson- I know what you mean, Jenn. That show is a prime example of what is truly wrong in our society. To me, that show is nothing more than programming for potential or present child molesters.

Hey Kelly,
Sorry I've not been around much, lately. Been getting for my triumphant return to Canada eh and of course, hanging up laundry n' stuff :)
Couldn't agree any more with you on this posting, my friend. We have been subjected to that horror show 'Toddlers and Tiaras', over here and that shit goes beyond a joke. I reckon it's some sick ego trip for the parents and the poor kids get caught up in the hype. The retailers who sell this clothing trash for kids only care about the almighty buck. Anyhow, here is a recently aired British documentary on your topic: http://uk-tv-guide.com/programme-details/Channel+4/19+April+2011/20%3A00/The+Sex+Education+Show%3A+Stop+Pimping+Our+Kids/Documentary/

Take care and thanks for yet another thought provoking posting.
Gary.

Annabelle- Wow. To be even asked that would piss me off. I'd do what you did. Trust me when I say that if I were a father, I would probably be so protective of my daughter... Well, I'll leave it at that. It's a good thing, probably, that I didn't have kids. Of course, a good friend of mine once told me that there should be more people like me having kids than what kind of trash is having kids, nowadays. The only reason I never had any was because I don't have much patience and I like the freedom of doing whatever I want, whenever I want.

Kelly said...

Gucci Mama- Thanks for the compliment. Yeah, the fact that there is a market for it makes me really sick. I will cheerfully buy the shed and you and I can take turns wielding the machete. Can't let you have all the fun.

Kelly said...

THE SNEE- So true, Rebecca. Very hypocritical. Yeah, I figured by now people had hear about these two disgusting ways people are pimping out their kids, or at least one of them. You know me... I feel like it may do some amount of good to bring the truth of whatever ugliness is going on in our world to light as many times as possible. There may come a time when human beings come to their senses if the truth is repeated enough- but I doubt it. Take care, my friend.

Kelly said...

klahanie- No problem, dude. I know very much what it's like to be busy. I wish you a safe trip back to Oh Canada. And yeah...lol... I read and commented about your stimulating laundry posting. :)

Yeah, I agree with ya on the sick ego trip for parents who put their kids through that shit and Abercrombie & Fitch doing it for the 'almighty buck'. Fuckers!

I'll check out your link to that documentary, dude. Take care and safe trip, Gary.

We sexualize young girls while treating people who are biologically adults (18-20) like children by forcing them to stay in school or face social consequences, and limit their rights as people. No wonder kids are so messed up.

Unknown said...

I agree it is sick, but what is unfortunate it will probably sell. Just like the pageants for little girls there will be some mothers that see this as necessary or girls that feel pressured by the media to dress up this way.

We have become slaves to corporate advertising and corporate profiteering. They've run out of markets for adult women so why not target the younger ones, all in the name of a buck.

Terrible..

Kelly said...

DocStout- That's so true what you say, DocStout. It's backwards, upside down and all messed up. I think kids are so messed up because, at the root of it all, society is messed up. Instead of making excuses for our actions, we should take responsibility, try to make amends and steer ourselves in the correct direction.

Kelly said...

Greg- Yeah, it does sell, unfortunately. Any mother or father that sees that subjecting their kids to those pageants or that type of clothing is beyond fucked up and in need of a baseball bat upside the head. Young girls feeling pressured by the media to engage in this kind of thing need to be talked out of it by someone with more brains than their parents, obviously.

Very true what you say. We have become indoctrinated in the ideas that corporate advertising and profiteering subject us to. All for money. Greed is a widespread societal mental illness. Take care, Greg. I appreciate your comments, as always.

On a lighter note, have you finished your mission from God? :)

Kelly said...

LilPixi- That's an interesting theory. That wouldn't surprise me that a mother would do that. I think fathers do that kind of thing with their sons, too. Live vicariously through them because they couldn't or wouldn't do something or achieve a goal or accomplish a dream, for whatever reason/excuse. Sad, anyway you look at it.

I wonder if the people who market this stuff are, like the vast majority of us, repulsed by paedophiles. If they are they should think long and hard about what they are doing; pandering to the needs of the sickest, saddest members of our society.
You have done a great job in spotlighting it.
When you're good, you're good and today you're hot! (In a non-sexual way!)

Kelly said...

Jessica- I think this society is continuing on it's downward spiral. It's just a matter of time before we evolve (or devolve) into living, breathing turds.

Kelly said...

bazza- I think the people who market and sell this stuff may be secretly sickened by it but that won't stop them from making a profit from this shit. Sure, it panders to the pedophiles. Do they care? No. Thanks, Bazza! I think we should all try to highlight the negative aspects in society like this in order to maybe, hopefully, convince people that this is wrong in every way.

I am sooooooo hot. :)

Kelly said...

Drama Queen- Sorry it took me so long to get back with a response.

Yeah, I don't like it when people dress their little girls in bikinis, either. I think those parents are out of their freakin' minds and askin' for trouble. If I did have a daughter, I'd have an awful time of it because I would be so freakin' protective of her- it would drive her and the whole family nuts, myself included. Girls pushing themselves to look more grown up and their peers and whoever else encouraging that kind of attitude- should stop it because it's wrong on so many levels. I'm with ya on slapping the Toddlers and Tiaras idiots. It is child abuse. Maybe we should join forces in a head bashing party on these ass hats.
